Who are we, what do we offer and why?
We are a young agency that is active in additional service to renting holiday-homes and holiday-guests. We are not in the rental-business itself, but in any service beyond and besides. What does this service include exactly?
Our Core Business is the supply of household comfort-products. For instance all those articles you need at home as well as on vacation, but you are not willing to take with you when travelling light and comfortably: Bed-clothes, towels, a children’s bed,a high chair, to name a few. But our service meets more requirements. Information, organization and mediation of any kind. A nanny for your children, assistance if someone likes to be read to, courses of any kind, a chauffeur-driven car, organizing a party, you name it and we do it. Anything goes when it comes to improving your holiday-comfort. Allround service at an affordable price.

Why do these women – with their roots in Holland but living happily in Adelboden – believe they will be ablo to offer something new to the guests and to the rental business?
Adelboden is a traditional village and has, as one of the oldest winter- and summerresorts in the country, a rich record of hospitality and service on the highest level to hotel- and chalet-guests. It is not without reason that Switzerland always has been and still is the place to be when it comes to perfection.
But times are changing. As we already said, service is still a main issue in Switzerland. But it goes without saying that the general trend in this respect is not going up in a global world. Service has been standardized, is less personal, less tailormade like it used to be. So be it. But just because we are fond of that wellknown old-fashioned Swiss hospitality, we’ve taken the initiative in setting up our new Chalet Service. All possible services are based on practical suggestions from our guests
